Svaroopa ® yoga (swa-roo-pa) means "Bliss Yoga." 
If you experience back, neck and/or knee pain or an overly-busy mind, you may appreciate and benefit from this approach to yoga. Svaroopa yoga is based on a significantly different paradigm of yoga poses; our practice specializes in the inner opening, called "core opening," releasing the tensions in the deepest layers of the body - the layers of muscles wrapped around the spine. 
Learn how to extend your yoga practice into every aspect of your daily life! You will learn simple spinal sequences, such as The Magic Four and Bliss Bug Bed Yoga, which are easy to remember, yet deep and profound. You will also learn how to use your abdominal muscles to stand and walk properly; which plays a powerful role in the health of your spine and nervous system, translating to your over-all well being (physically and emotionally). 
In this four week series you will experience a deeper inner opening while gaining the tools to maintain your new found yogic depth on your own.
