My day started with short meditation. My mind gives me such trouble during this time! Swamiji said this is why it's important for me to maintain this morning practice. I do get a sweet afternoon practice where I usually dip in so deeply. The 3 - 5 pm time is a sweet time (just in case the 3 am isn't happening right now!)...
The day ensues with meals, errands, seva, giving
Embodyment® and teaching a Semi- Private in my home session space, personal ujjayi and asana, reading
Tadaa! and listing to
"The Mind is Mantra" again and again and again. Then, tonight, off to
satsang!
Such a full day of Yoga! Everything is Yoga. Even the things that seem "in between the Yoga", they are also Yoga. That undercurrent that yoga provides is always there, sometimes under the surface, sometimes shining through to the world.
Moving though life in this way isn't draining; it's filling! I open up along with the day, getting into that Knowing of mySelf; staying "in there" while I am "out here". I am Yoga. How has this happened?!...
Do More Yoga!
